Class Description
For teen yogis who need a break. You're a teenage student with a head full of revision, a body that's been hunched over a desk and a nervous system running on overdrive. This class is your permission-slip to slow down. Step away from the flashcards and into a 45-minute session designed specifically to help your mind and body decompress. We'll begin with breathwork to settle the nervous system, move through gentle mobility and a slow, mindful flow to release the tension your body has been holding, then melt into yin and restorative postures that allow you to fully let go. We close with a guided meditation so you leave class feeling clear, calm and genuinely restored. This deeply nourishing class will help improve focus, reduce exam anxiety and give your nervous system the reset it's been asking for. Because a rested mind is a sharper mind. Our Exam Season Reset classes will weave together pranayama (breathing techniques), mindful asana (postures), yin holds and restorative stillness to support your mental and physical wellbeing from the inside out. Perfect for: students aged 14 - 18, those carrying stress or tension, or a teenager who needs to slow down to feel better inside and out. Adults are welcome to join the class, if accompanied by their designated teenager.

Cancellation Policy
While we always aim for everything in life to go to plan, we understand that sometimes things get in the way, and the unexpected can happen. As such, all classes are booked and confirmed with the following cancellation policy in mind: ______________________ Cancellation by US: On the very rare occasion that we may be forced to cancel a class for circumstances outside of our control, we will aim to inform you of such a cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. On cancellation, you will be given the option of rebooking to another available date in the future or requesting a refund which will be processed by us within 7 days. ______________________ Cancellation by YOU: Booked standard classes may be changed or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Changes and cancellations must be completed online using your account, where any available actions will be listed against your booking. Should you fall ill, for the health of other attendees, please do not attend class - but contact us to discuss options in the case of an emergency. Failure to arrive for class on time, unless cancelled 24 hours prior, will result in forfeiture of your class fee with no refund. Confirmed private tuition and bespoke events are non-refundable.
