For the strength-seeking yogi You’re a disciplined and focused yogi, searching for that ideal form as a strong advocate for training smarter not just harder. Fire + Form is a full-body strength training class designed to help you build lean muscle mass, boost your metabolism and feel powerful in your own skin. Think bootcamp – but better! This purposefully limited circuit-style class blends functional training with calisthenics-inspired workouts, using your bodyweight and strategic tools and props to deliver the right challenge for your unique body. You’ll move with intent, build heat and strengthen safely. Build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and move with confidence - on and off the mat. Expect concise cueing, smart progression, and real results: stronger bones, better sleep, fewer aches, and a deeper, pain-free yoga practice. This is strength training that’s smart, empowering, and seriously effective. Cancellation Policy
While we always aim for everything in life to go to plan, we understand that sometimes things get in the way, and the unexpected can happen. As such, all classes are booked and confirmed with the following cancellation policy in mind: ______________________ Cancellation by US: On the very rare occasion that we may be forced to cancel a class for circumstances outside of our control, we will aim to inform you of such a cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the stated class start time. On cancellation, you will be given the option of rebooking to another available date in the future or requesting a refund which will be processed by us within 7 days. ______________________ Cancellation by YOU: Booked standard classes may be changed or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Changes and cancellations must be completed online using your account, where any available actions will be listed against your booking. Should you fall ill, for the health of other attendees, please do not attend class - but contact us to discuss options in the case of an emergency. Failure to arrive for class on time, unless cancelled 24 hours prior, will result in forfeiture of your class fee with no refund. Confirmed private tuition and bespoke events are non-refundable.
