Our Chair yoga classes are a great way to make your practice more accessible, while gaining all the benefits of a traditional mat yoga class.

Classes involve targeted, gentle movements while seated or using the chair for support.

After around 30 minutes of practice, we follow class with a hot drink and refreshments.

These sessions are a fantastic place to meet new people while increasing your mobility and posture.

We do recommend consulting your doctor before beginning a new exercise regime and also be sure to inform the instructor of any health concerns prior to joining class.

Wear comfortable clothing and join us for a fun morning of movement.
