Our back to basics class is perfect for beginners or those who want to explore technique and alignment in their yoga practice.

There are so many yoga styles, and it can be really overwhelming on knowing where to start.

This 45-minute fundamentals class is ideal for those who want to explore the asanas (yoga postures) in more detail, and build a strong foundation for a safe and balanced practice.

Discover the core yoga postures as well as breathwork, meditation and relaxation and learn how to approach the physical practice in a way that leaves you feeling amazing inside and out.
