Our Yoga Masterclasses
All masterclasses are offered exclusively at our partner studio location – The Breathing Space, in Dorchester, Dorset. With every class being different from the last so you have as much variety in your practice as possible.
Our focus on the technical aspects of asana means you receive in-depth tuition for even the most simple postures and by using helpful visual cues rather than giving you an anatomy lesson, you will find it even easier to activate and stabilise in the yoga asanas (poses).
We remove the complex. We make it simple. We make it fun. We want you to be as passionate about yoga as we are…and that starts with a masterclass.
The focus in our alignment masterclass is about maximising the benefits of yoga and minimising the risk of injury.
Alignment is different for everyone – and this course has been designed to help you understand your body and what cues work (and which don’t) for you. It’s not about looking good, it’s about feeling great.
Injuries are commonplace in any physical activity, even in yoga. Wear and tear on the joints from repetitive, strenuous activity where the body isn’t aligned correctly, can cause many problems later on.
In 6 simple-to-digest classes, we will look at a different alignment theme each week and use yoga props to help support the body in postures to create a solid foundation for your practice. You will gain a sense of body awareness that will make you feel stronger and will boost your mood and self confidence. Postures that are challenging will soon become more attainable with Alignment 101.
Your body is your temple – keep it that way.

In our Flexibility yoga masterclass series we will apply tried and tested techniques to help you stretch safely and at your own pace, and more importantly without pain.
You do not have to be flexible to do this course. This masterclass has been designed for anyone who wants to work on their flexibility. By improving tightness and tension safely and using the techniques in this course you will avoid injury, feel more open and achieve flexibility goals you never thought you could – you need the time and some patience.
Flexibility is important for keeping the joints healthy and improving range of motion. The body always wants to take the path of least resistance. By listening to the body, and using breathing techniques to help the body relax, and incorporating strength work to help build the muscles so they can support the body as it opens up, the path to flexibility becomes achievable for everyone rather than a constant uphill struggle.
Let go of physical and mental tension. Come to class leaving your worries at the door and leave class feeling happier and way less stressed.

We offer two ways to join our exclusive masterclass 101 courses, with a special rate available for those who want to benefit from each full 6-week course. Drop-in places are available with no commitment, although booking is highly recommended.
Pay-as-you-go : £12 per session
Complete masterclass : £60 for six sessions (£10 per class)
